KEY ART
OUR GIRL SERIES 3
The objective was to launch Our Girl Series 3 as a fresh, distinctive drama, appealing to younger skewing audiences.
The lead character Georgie Lane is an independent, strong woman who has dedicated her life to the army. It’s not just a job, it’s her calling. She willingly puts herself in environments most of us would consider hellish for the good of strangers, her country and her squad.
Georgie and her team represent a force for hope in situations where hope is hard to come by, and for this reason we chose the concept 'Hope in hell'.
HEAD OF CREATIVE
ABOUT

I'm an award winning Head of Creative with over 20 years of experience, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver bold and innovative work.
I'm deeply passionate about leading projects, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that powerful, engaging storytelling is at the heart of everything we produce.
I particularly enjoy bringing talented people together in an environment where creativity can thrive.
Supporting others is an important part of my role, which is why i'm committed to mentoring and lecturing, helping the next generation of creative talent enter the industry with confidence, ambition and a genuine passion for the work.
I have worked on many big campaigns, from The X Factor and Downton Abbey, to Top Gear and the BBC Planet Franchise, as well as the biggest rebrand in ITV's history and the launch of Channels such as ITVBe.
I have led Creative teams at Showcase, BBC Studios' biggest sales event of the year, which is something i'm incredibly proud of, and helped to produce experiential events for the launch of shows such as the Planet Earth franchise.
I love working in such a bustling and exciting industry and always try and inject some fun into what I do. I've found myself in some rather 'interesting' situations...
I've run down the Coronation Street Cobbles holding flowers at 3am, and tried to persuade James Corden and Gareth Southgate to rap to New Order's 'World in Motion'.
I've interviewed Ant and Dec holding a monkey, got the TOWIE cast to 'speak posh' and put Sherlock onto Piccadilly Circus.
My team even had to become friendly with 'Black Rod', so we could turn the Houses of Parliament yellow!
Working as a team is something I thrive on, there's no better feeling than winning awards for something you've all played a part in.
